2020 Exhibitor Registration & Information

The National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show is the largest and longest-running trade show of its kind in the nation. Whether you’re an established name, or a start-up looking for exposure, the Fiery Foods Show can help boost your sales and raise awareness of your products. Many of our exhibitors come back year after year, and they tell us repeatedly that our show is one of the best.


The National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show is a unique business opportunity, providing both trade and consumer exposure. The Show offers both volume selling to qualified wholesale buyers as well as opportunities to conduct market research, raise consumer awareness, and sell your product to the general public.

Connect with Buyers

We have dedicated trade hours for qualified wholesale buyers, and many buyers make their purchasing decisions based on the products they see at the Fiery Foods Show. Our aggressive promotion of the show brings buyers out every year, and our buyer list keeps expanding.

Media Exposure

There are many opportunities for media exposure. In previous years, all major network TV affiliate stations in the area attended the show, interviewing manufacturers and videotaping dozens of products. In addition, The Show has been covered by major media such as CBS, The Wall Street Journal, the San Francisco Chronicle, and National Geographic.

  2. Find the booth you would like to purchase. Be sure to read the rules & regulations before purchasing a booth.
  3. Click the booth that you would like to purchase. A new window will appear.
  4. Fully complete the registration page.
  5. Click continue
  6. Fill out credit card information page
  7. Click pay in full or 50% deposit (Until November 15, 2019. After this date you must pay in full)
  8. You will receive a confirmation email when your booth is processed.

2020 Exhibitor Rules. Read and agree to the rules and regulations for exhibiting at the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show.

2020 Tax Form. There is no need for Exhibitors to get a NM Gross Receipts Tax number. The Taxation and Revenue Department will pass out packets during set-up at the show. Print and fill out the 2019 Tax form in advance to save time.

Transport Temperature Log. Download and print the Transport Temperature Log and use when bringing your product to the show.

Sampling Temperature Log. Download and print the sampling Temperature Log and use when sampling your product at the show

Information & Policies  v

Wi-Fi and Cellular Data Access Policy. Sunbelt Shows has no control over and is not responsible for providing Wi-Fi and Cellular Data access at Sandia Resort & Casino. We do not provide technical support for mobile devices, computers, or connectivity issues experienced during the show. We recommend that you do not rely solely on credit card processing that requires a Wi-Fi or Cellular Data connection such as Square® or PayPal®. Be prepared to accept other forms of payment from your customers at all times. ATM machines are available throughout Sandia Resort & Casino. Change is available in the Casino at the cashier’s station.

Sandia Resort & Casino will host a Private Internet Network for Vendors!

This Vendor-Only, Private Network will eliminate interference when processing business transactions and is available for 2-3 devices per vendor for only $40 per day. If you would like to purchase this service please return your order form to Emily DeWitt-Cisneros before or on February 16, 2020.

Login and Password information will be provided on the day of Load-In/Setup.

Show Decoration & Drayage (Shipping your Products and Display):

America Tent Rental will help you with drayage, as well as furniture and accessories rental. Print and fill out the exhibitor form and contact America Tent Rental at 505-888-5821 to arrange any shipment. Do not ship anything directly to Sandia Resort & Casino, as they will not accept it. Ship all supplies in arrangement with America Tent Rental.

All booths come with one 6′ draped table, two chairs, and basic signage. Contact America Tent Rentals if you need additional furniture or accessory rentals.


Lodging & Transportation.

Show Headquarters: Sandia Resort & Casino. Please call Sandia Resort & Casino at (800) 526-9366. Make sure you specify that you are with the National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show and use Group ID#7709 to get the special rate (Deluxe Guest Rooms – $175.00/night for one king or for two queens). You can also book online HERE. Reservations must be made no later than January 26, 2020. For transportation from the Albuquerque International Sunport to Sandia Resort & Casino contact Sandia Shuttle: (888) 775-5696.


Exhibitor Supplies. As a convenience to our exhibitors, we will be selling a variety of supplies at the show set-up in the Roadrunner Room at the end of the long hall. The exhibitor store will carry paper towels, gloves, buckets, water, squeeze bottles, hand soap, napkins, toothpicks and more.

Setup Hours for Exhibitors: Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 8am to 8pm. Please check in at the Fiery Foods Show registration desk BEFORE going to the loading dock. You will not be permitted without your badge and a Dock Pass. This is the ONLY day to set up, please plan accordingly.

Breakdown Hours for Exhibitors: Sunday, March 1, 2020 beginning at 6pm. No early breakdown is allowed at the show. You are required to maintain your booth until the event is over.

The latest scam going to our exhibitors is from MBendi Information Services, Cape Town, South Africa, with the subject heading “MBendi Directory Entry [917185]: National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show.” DO NOT respond to this solicitation, as it is unrelated to Sunbelt Shows, Inc., which produces the show.


Expo-Guide


You may receive a solicitation from Expo-Guide, using our corporate name and listing “Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show.” The top says you got a free listing, but the fine type at the bottom says that you will be billed $1571 a year for three years. Although www.expo-guide.com does exist, this is a SCAM. The letters originate from Austria and Mexico.


FAIRGuide


It has come to our attention that FAIRGuide, which uses very unfair selling practices, is targeting our exhibitors from previous shows and our upcoming shows.


If you have participated in any of our shows in previous years, or are due to participate in the next National Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show, you are likely to be targeted.


You should not sign anything indicating you will become part of an “exhibition directory” that will list your company’s products and services, if the letter is sent to you by FAIRGUIDE or CONSTRUCT DATA VERLAG of Vienna, Austria or tradefairguide/Blue Ark Inc of Japan. Sunbelt Shows, Inc. is not connected to FAIRGuide in any way.


In the fine print of this letter you will find a charge of $851, that will be charged to you annually for a period of three years.
